INTERIOR PARTITIONING

The interior partitions between apartments, as well as those between apartments and common areas, will be constructed from vertical cavity brick masonry – Porotherm type – with a thickness of 30cm. The interior partition walls of the apartments will be made from 15cm thick brick masonry, respectively 30cm thick. The interior plasters of the apartments will be of the dry type, over which a washable paint layer in white color will be applied.

EXTERIOR WINDOW FRAMES

Aluminum frames – SCHÜCO profile, AWS system, 70 High Insulation, in anthracite gray color, with double-glazed thermal insulating glass 4 Seasons (6mm – 18Ar – 4mm). The apartment heating is provided by a state-of-the-art underfloor heating system that ensures optimal comfort by distributing heat evenly across the entire room, a healthier environment by reducing dust, and energy savings. Manufacturer: Rehau.

BOILER

Each apartment will be equipped with a condensing boiler – Viessman – Vitodens – 24kW – with forced ventilation – featuring an LCD display.
